My legal career at taylorgoodchild Solicitors initially began in a support role. My interest in law grew and led me to want to become more personally involved within the criminal justice system and to make a difference to people.

I wanted to have a positive impact upon the outcomes of those accused of crimes and to ensure that their legal rights and entitlements were respected and upheld.

I am a fully Accredited Police Station Representative, having completed the demanding training that is required to achieve the high standards demanded by the Legal Aid Agency.

My training and experience allows me to represent those individuals attending the police station voluntarily or under arrest for all offences ranging from begging up to the most serious of offences to include but not limited to, Violent Assaults, Robbery, Rape and Murder.

My compassionate and understanding approach to clients who understandably will feel vulnerable due to their current circumstances, ensures that the trust and confidence required in discharging my professional duties to clients, is established from the outset, leading to better outcomes.

I participate in the company’s call-out rota, which means that I attend any client at any police station, be it local or further afield, at any time, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. This also includes the representation of individuals attending or detained at the police requiring advice and assistance under the Duty Solicitor Call Out Rota.

At all times, I am robust and professional and take great personal pride in providing exceptional legal advice to all clients when attending the police station.

My commitment is always to ensure the highest levels of client representation.
