Primarily we are a company committed to offering our professional services via public funding, i.e. legal aid, subject to the merits of your case and your financial means. Your eligibility for legal aid will be established initially before alternative payment regimes will be considered.

We are also able to represent you under private terms of instruction which will need to be agreed between ourselves before any meaningful work is carried out. Such private costs can be made subject to a flexible and affordable repayment plan, dependent upon the circumstances of your case.
