Daniel Burke

I am head of the Civil Department and a Director of TaylorGoodchild Solicitors. I initially started work at TaylorGoodchild as a legal Clerk where my ability to effectively and efficiently deal with clients led to my career progression and qualification as a solicitor.

I specialise in Actions Against Public Bodies. I have my own caseload and actively pursue complaints and claims predominantly against the Police and other Public Bodies.

I divide my time between such matters with attending at the Police Station and Magistrates Court, where I am recognised for my ability to obtain extremely favourable outcomes for my clients.

I am Court and Police Station Duty Solicitor and along with my colleagues, attend any client at the police station at any time, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

I subscribe to the Company belief that our clients are best served by continuous and seamless quality representation by lawyers employed by us. We do not instruct agents to represent our clients routinely as other legal practices choose to, preferring a more consistent and personal approach to our clients.
